ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO RECIPE

Sweet. Creamy. And chilled to perfection. Rich espresso, milk and vanilla syrup are topped with caramel for a delightfully refreshing start to your day. 

  • 1 oz vanilla syrup ​
  • ¾ cup 2% milk ​
  • Ice to fill glass ​
  • 2 oz (about 2 shots) of Starbucks® Espresso Roast​
  • Caramel sauce

How to Make Iced Caramel Macchiato

STEP ONE

Place vanilla syrup in a glass.

STEP TWO

Add cold 2% milk.

STEP THREE

Fill glass with ice to ½ inch below rim.

STEP FOUR

Pour in Starbucks® espresso shots. We recommend brewing Starbucks® Espresso Roast with an espresso machine. If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can use a stove-top moka pot to make espresso-like coffee. To learn more, read our stove-pot moka pot guide here.

You can also brew Starbucks® Espresso Roast by Nespresso® capsules for authentic café-style espresso.

STEP FIVE

Top with caramel sauce.
