In 2018 Starbucks Corporation and Nestlé S.A. formed a global coffee alliance to accelerate and grow the global reach of Starbucks brands in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Foodservice. With a shared commitment to ethical and sustainable sourcing of coffee, this alliance expands and elevates both the at-home and away-from-home coffee and related categories around the world. As part of the alliance, Nestlé obtained the rights to market, sell, and distribute Starbucks® packaged coffee in all global at-home and away-from-home channels. This site is operated by Nestlé and/or its affiliates with Starbucks. Accordingly, Nestlé’s privacy policy and terms of use govern use of the site.

SCOPE

This Privacy Policy describes how Nestlé USA and its affiliates and subsidiaries (referred to as “Nestlé”, the “Company”, “we,” or “our” as applicable) collect, use, and disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect when you use or access our websites (each a “Site”), and services (collectively the “Services”) that display or link to this Privacy Policy, or when you otherwise interact with us.
