Vanilla Syrup

Craft a cup full of vanilla flavor anytime with this delicious, café-inspired syrup recipe.

    sugar
  • 1
    cup
    water
  • 1
    vanilla bean (or 1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract)

HOW TO MAKE

Vanilla Syrup

  • 01

    Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise. 

    • If using vanilla extract, wait to add until the end of Step 03.
  • 02

    Add the sugar, water and vanilla bean (if using) to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer for 5 minutes.

    Once cooled, strain out the vanilla bean from the syrup.

    • If using vanilla extract, stir in with the sugar and water mixture once it's simmered and cooled.
  • 04

    Enjoy in your favorite Starbucks® coffee or recipe.

TIPS

Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
