The Heart of Starbucks® Crafted Coffee

Coffee novices and brewing experts: Welcome. Whether you’re a newfound coffee lover or brushing up on your coffee knowledge, there’s a coffee recipe just right for your mornings.

But with so many delicious drinks to make at home, it’s hard to know where to start. Here, we’ll explore the framework for all things coffee, from the foundational espresso shot to café-inspired macchiatos.

OUR FOUNDATION Espresso Shot

It all begins with espresso. The heart of nearly all your favorite Starbucks® drinks, our Espresso Roast is known for its bold, classic notes of rich molasses and caramel. Within an espresso shot, you can enjoy all that coffee flavor straight up or combined with any of your favorite coffee recipes for an extra boost. Learn how to brew espresso-like coffee in a moka pot.

Want even more espresso? Try out a doppio. Translating to “double” in Italian, a doppio is made of two shots of espresso for twice the flavor in your cup.

Caffè Americano

If you like your coffee served traditionally black with no frills, a caffè Americano is your ideal cup. Our recipe calls for two shots of espresso added to hot water, creating a coffee that’s flavorful and espresso-forward in taste.

For those who enjoy a little cream or syrup, an Americano can also provide the perfect foundation for an endlessly customizable cup. Make your own Caffè Americano recipe at home.

OUR CLASSICS Caffè Latte

The latte is the original coffeehouse staple. Within this beloved drink is one part bold espresso, two parts steamed milk and a dollop of milk foam on top for a creamy, delicious sip.

Cappuccino

The cappuccino is for those who enjoy a slightly richer coffee flavor in their cup. It has all the same ingredients as a latte: espresso, steamed milk and milk foam. The key difference? A cappuccino has less steamed milk and more milk foam than in a latte, highlighting a more luscious espresso flavor in every sip.

Caffè Misto (aka Café au Lait)

A step above your average coffee with milk, a caffè misto is made of equal parts brewed coffee and steamed milk, pouring a cup full of versatile yet balanced flavor. Easy to create, this beverage provides another delicious base for personalization in your everyday coffee routine.

From delectable Honey Coconut to dreamy Salted Caramel, there are so many ways to elevate your mornings with a caffè misto recipe.

Flat White

The exceptional smoothness of the flat white is undeniable. Its unforgettable taste comes from its simplicity: two ristretto shots and decidedly less steamed milk than a latte. To make a ristretto shot at home, just brew your espresso with the same amount of coffee but less water.

Caffè Mocha

If you like your coffee on the subtly sweet side, a caffè mocha checks all the boxes. Bittersweet mocha sauce mixed with espresso, steamed milk and whipped cream creates the perfect chocolatey sip.

Starbucks® White Chocolate Mocha includes all the ingredients of a traditional caffè mocha but with creamy white chocolate mocha sauce for a delightful at-home drink. Discover how to make a Caffè Mocha or White Chocolate Mocha with our at-home coffee recipes.

Doppio Espresso Macchiato

Customarily, a macchiato is composed of a bold espresso shot topped with a dollop of sweetened steamed milk foam. When met with a secondary shot of espresso, it creates the small but mighty doppio espresso macchiato.

OUR SPECIALTIES Caramel Macchiato

Latte-like in nature, our café favorite Caramel Macchiato puts a flavorful spin on a traditional macchiato. This luscious drink features vanilla syrup as well as steamed and foamy milk with a distinct layering of espresso on top. Pumpkin Spice Latte

The beauty of the latte is its versatility, inspiring delicious new creations– like the Starbucks® Pumpkin Spice Latte. Now a crowd favorite, this drink brings in all the components of a classic latte with added pumpkin flavor, whipped topping and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice to get you excited for the season.
