Enjoy this chilled version of the café favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte. Simply combine an easy-to-make glass of cold brew with a delicious pumpkin-spice whipped cream and a homemade syrup for the perfect blend of fall flavors.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

HOMEMADE PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUP

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 4 Tbsp pumpkin puree

How to Make Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Makes enough syrup for 8 beverages
Keeps up to 7 days in the fridge
Prep time: 30 minutes

STEP ONE

Combine sugar and water in saucepan and bring to a simmer.

STEP TWO

Once sugar is dissolved, add cinnamon sticks, ground cloves, ginger, nutmeg and pumpkin puree, and let simmer for 20 minutes.

STEP THREE

Remove from heat and immediately strain through cheesecloth.

STEP FOUR

Get a jumpstart on the whipped cream by placing a whisk and large mixing bowl in freezer to chill, at least 15 minutes.

How to Make Pumpkin Whipped Cream Cold Brew

Prep time: 5 minutes

STEP ONE

Pour Starbucks® Cold Brew Signature Black Concentrate into a glass over ice, add water, and stir.

STEP TWO

Stir 2 tsp Starbucks® Vanilla Syrup into cold brew.

STEP THREE

In chilled mixing bowl, vigorously whisk heavy whipping cream, sugar and Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup to desired thickness (2 to 5 minutes). Layer Pumpkin Whipped Cream over the top of cold brew to taste.

STEP FOUR

Personalize with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg and enjoy!
