- ½ cup honey
- 1 tsp water
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 4 cups unsweetened milk
- 2 oz brewed Starbucks® Caffè Verona® Ground Coffee

How to Make a Caramelized Honey Latte
STEP ONE
Place the honey, water and lemon juice in a small pan and bring to a steady simmer on medium heat while stirring.
STEP TWO
Once the honey mixture begins to bubble, stop stirring and let the honey sit for 1–2 minutes until it deepens in color and releases a nutty aroma. That’s how you know it is caramelized.
STEP THREE
Slowly pour and whisk in the milk until combined. Remove from heat.
STEP FOUR
Prepare 1 shot of espresso.

STEP FIVE
Combine 1 cup of the caramelized honey milk and espresso into your favorite cup.
