A delicious way to spice up your coffee sweetener. This sweet, spicy syrup is perfect for flavoring iced coffee, cold brew or any of your favorite Starbucks® drinks. Keep it on hand to add a delicious splash of honey ginger to your morning cup any time.
In a small saucepan, combine honey, water and ginger and simmer for 35–45 minutes.
Strain syrup into a jar. Discard ginger pieces, then let syrup cool before sealing the jar.
Fill a glass with ice and 1–2 Tbsp of syrup.
Prepare double-strength coffee in your preferred method. For optimal taste, we recommend using the coffee press method.
Top off with creamer (optional).
