How to Make Lemon Bars
Preheat oven to 350 ̊F.
Mix all crust ingredients together into a coarse meal.
Line bottom of ¼ sheet-pan with mix. Pack firmly by pressing with hand.
Bake to dry out for 15 minutes. Let cool before adding lemon batter.
Mix all batter ingredients together.
Pour Lemon Batter over cool Lemon Bar Crust.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until set to the touch.
Let cool and refrigerate.
Remove from baking pan when cold.
Cut into bars, about 1.5-inch x 2.5-inch.
Sprinkle with powder sugar.
Serve and enjoy.
