Condensed milk is a popular ingredient in coffee drinks around the world, from the sweet, creamy Vietnamese iced coffee (ca phe sua da) to Spain’s rich café bombón, where a layer of condensed milk is poured beneath a fresh pull of espresso. This cinnamon-infused version is simple to make—just shake it up and pour for a refreshing treat.
Stir coffee, condensed milk and ground cinnamon together in a cocktail shaker.
Cover and shake vigorously for two minutes.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.

What You'll Need
1½ cups ice
5 oz double-strength coffee (try Starbucks® Guatemala Antigua)
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Fill a cocktail shaker with hot coffee, condensed milk and ground cinnamon. Stir well. Add 1 cup ice. Cover the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 2 minutes. Fill a glass with ½ cup ice. Strain the coffee mixture into the glass, serve and enjoy.
