Iced Cinnamon Coffee
Condensed milk is a popular ingredient in coffee drinks around the world, from the sweet, creamy Vietnamese iced coffee (ca phe sua da) to Spain’s rich coffee drink (café bombón), where a layer of condensed milk is poured beneath a fresh pull of espresso. This cinnamon-infused version of the café favorite is simple to make—just shake it up and pour for a refreshing iced coffee that’s equal parts spicy and sweet.
