- 8 Tbsp ground Starbucks® Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee

How to Make Simple Syrup
Mix one part water with one part sugar and heat until sugar is dissolved.
How To Make Peppermint Ice Cubes
Mix one part crushed peppermint with one part half-and-half and pour into an ice tray.
How To Make Iced Coffee
Add ice to Chemex.
Wet filter with hot water before discarding the rinse water to give your coffee the purest flavor possible.
Scoop ground coffee into filter (6 ounces of water for every 4 tablespoons of coffee).
Slowly pour 12 ounces of water over the ground coffee, pausing for 10 seconds to let the coffee bloom and develop flavor.
Wet the rim of a glass and dip first into simple syrup, then into crushed peppermint until the rim is coated.
Fill glass with ice cubes and pour coffee from Chemex. For an extra festive treat, use peppermint ice cubes.
Add cream to taste and enjoy!
