WHAT YOU'LL NEED
HOMEMADE PUMPKIN SPICE SYRUP
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1½ cups water
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 4 Tbsp pumpkin purée
CARAMEL PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1½ Tbsp pumpkin spice syrup
- 1½ Tbsp caramel sauce
- ¾ cup Starbucks® Pumpkin Spice Flavored Coffee
- ½ cup whipped cream
- Additional caramel sauce for drizzle

How to Make Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Combine sugar and water in saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Once sugar is dissolved, add cinnamon sticks, ground cloves, ginger, nutmeg and pumpkin purée, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool slightly and then strain through a cheesecloth. Makes enough syrup for 8 beverages. Keeps up to 7 days in the fridge.
How to Make a Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pour your pumpkin spice syrup and caramel sauce into a mug followed by brewed Pumpkin Spice Flavored Coffee. Stir together.
Add frothed milk.
Top with whipped cream.
