Some people might tell you that sangria is a drink best enjoyed in the warm weather of the summer. Well, we think something this delicious shouldn’t be saved for just one season. Learn how to make a delicious sangria with Starbucks VIA® Instant and enjoy these fruity flavors whenever you feel that inner warm weather feeling calling. While this recipe is nonalcoholic, you can also add your favorite fruit-forward or full-bodied wine as a nice pairing to spice things up.

    sugar, plus extra for garnish

    orange juice

    blueberries

    strawberries, quartered

    orange, sliced into ¼-inch wheels, plus zest

    soda water

HOW TO MAKE

Sangria with Starbucks VIA® Instant

  • 01

    Combine sugar, juices and fruit in a pitcher. Stir to dissolve sugar.

    Let chill for several hours.

  • 03

    Dissolve Starbucks VIA® Colombia with a tablespoon of hot water in a large glass. Add a cup of the juice mixture and stir to fully combine.

    Add back into sangria pitcher and stir to combine.

  • 05

    Right before serving, add soda water to sangria pitcher.

  • 06

    Take zest from orange and combine with equal amount of sugar. Dip moistened rims of tall glasses into the mixture.

    Serve your sparkling creation and don’t forget to make sure everyone has a little bit of fruit in their glass, that’s the best part!
