Simple Syrup

  • 1|cup
    sugar
  • 1|cup
    water
HOW TO MAKE
  • 01

    Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • 02

    Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until thickened,  about 10 minutes. 
  • 03

    Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  • 04

    Store syrup in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Sparkling Espresso with Mint​

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add simple syrup, fresh mint and Starbucks Brand espresso.
  • 02

    Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • 03

    Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • 04

    Top with sparkling water.
