When life gives you a lemon twist, add a vanilla coffee spritz. Try this citrusy and bubbly drink with Starbucks® Mountain Blend coffee to brighten your spring coffee routine.
Combine sugar and brewed Starbucks® Mountain Blend coffee in a heatproof bowl. Stir.
Once sugar is dissolved, allow to cool and add vanilla extract.
Store in a container in refrigerator until ready to use.
Slice and juice the lemon.
Fill a tall Collins glass with crushed ice, Coffee Vanilla Syrup and lemon juice. Top with soda water and stir to combine. Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy.
If starting with cold or room-temperature coffee, heat sugar and coffee together in small saucepan or microwave, stirring occasionally or until sugar is fully dissolved.
