Brew your coffee and allow to cool.
Place ice into a blender, then add cooled Starbucks® Toasted Coconut Mocha Flavored Coffee, rum, almond liqueur, Starbucks® Caramel Flavored Creamer, Caramel Sauce and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
Drizzle a line of Caramel Sauce along the inside of your glass.
