Add a springtime spin to your coffee routine with a delicious layering of blueberry flavor and an iced cup of Starbucks® Spring Day Blend. 

BLUEBERRY COMPOTE

  • 1     cup of blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • ¼     tsp honey
  • ½     tsp vanilla extract

HOW TO MAKE

Blueberry Compote

STEP 01

Combine the blueberries, honey and vanilla in a small saucepan.​

STEP 02

Heat over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes, until blueberries have broken down. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

STEP 03

Blend blueberry mixture in a high-speed or immersion blender until smooth.​

Enjoy once cooled or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

HOW TO MAKE

STEP 01

Brew your coffee and allow it to cool. ​

STEP 02

Pour the blueberry compote in a 16 oz glass, sprinkle with desired amount of sugar and top with ice.​

Depending on desired sweetness, you can add more or less blueberry compote. ​

STEP 03

Froth milk to create cold foam using an aerator or handheld frother. ​

STEP 04

Gently pour the cold foam into glass on top of the blueberry compote. ​

STEP 05

Fill your glass with cooled Starbucks® Spring Day Blend​. Enjoy. ​
