What happens when you take all the best parts of a sugar cookie and combine them with the sweet maple notes of Starbucks® Holiday Blend? Your new favorite holiday coffee recipe.

SUGAR COOKIE SYRUP

  • 1     cup sugar
  • 1     cup water
  • 2    tsp vanilla extract
  • 1     tsp almond extract

SUGAR COOKIE CAFÉ AU LAIT

    Tbsp sugar cookie syrup​

    Tbsp sanding sugar
  • 0.25
    cup white chocolate chips

    fl oz whole milk

HOW TO MAKE

Sugar Cookie Syrup

STEP 01

Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan.

STEP 02

Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer.

STEP 03

Let simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 04

Stir in vanilla extract and almond extract.

Makes enough syrup for 16 beverages. Keeps up to 14 days in a sealed container in the fridge.

HOW TO MAKE

STEP 01

Pour 1 Tbsp sugar cookie syrup and sanding sugar on separate plates. Rim a mug with each, starting with the syrup.

STEP 02

Place white chocolate chips into the mug.

STEP 03

Add in remaining sugar cookie syrup.

STEP 04

Pour in Starbucks® Holiday Blend, then stir.

STEP 05

Froth milk, then pour over the coffee.

If using the Nespresso® Aeroccino, froth milk on the medium froth setting.​​
