How to Make
The night before you want to eat the grain bowl, combine 1/2 of coconutmilk, and remainder of ingredients in a large sauce pan. While stirring bring to boil.
Turn off heat and let sit covered for 30 minutes.
Add remaining coconutmilk and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning stir the mixture. It should be thick and creamy.
If needed add small amount of coconutmilk to thin.
Place in bowl and top with fresh fruit, and toppings such as puffed quinoa, chia seeds, and local honey.
For best quality and safety, eat within 3 days of preparation.
