    homemade Vanilla Syrup (or storebought)

    almond extract

    heavy cream

  • Additional homemade Vanilla Syrup (garnish)
  • Decorating or coarse sugar (garnish)

HOW TO MAKE

Irish Cream Cold Brew Mocktail

  • 01

    Pour vanilla syrup onto a shallow plate. On a separate plate, pour decorating or coarse sugar. Rim a 7-oz martini glass in sugar by dampening the rim with vanilla syrup and then dipping the glass into sugar.

    Prepare cold brew by combining concentrate and water. Stir.

  • 03

    In a cocktail shaker, combine cold brew, chocolate syrup, vanilla syrup, almond extract, heavy cream and ice.

    • To make this into a cocktail, add 1 shot of Irish whiskey or non-alcoholic whiskey alternative to the beverage.

    Shake vigorously. Strain and pour into the prepared glass.
