In a large glass, stir together 6 oz of Starbucks® Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Cold Brew Concentrate 6 oz of water, and 1-2 oz Vanilla Syrup.

Add enough ice to fill the glass to ½ inch below the rim, leaving room for milk.
