How to Make Creamy Pumpkin & Cashew Coffee
Combine coffee, cashews (or oatmilk, or another non-dairy alternative), brown sugar and sea salt in blender. Cover well. Blend, starting from low to higher speeds, for 30 seconds, then another 15–30 seconds on high until smooth and frothy.
Pour directly into mug, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
