Brew your coffee and allow it to cool.
Place ice into a 16-oz glass. Add your cooled Starbucks® Toasted Coconut Mocha Flavored Coffee, chocolate syrup, sugar and desired amount of mint extract to glass. Stir.
In a separate container, create cold foam using the coconutmilk and coconut cream using an aerator or handheld frother. Once foamed, fill your glass with the cold foam.
Garnish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and mint sprig. Enjoy.
