How to Make Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew Coffee

STEP ONE
Add skim milk, ½ tablespoon of honey syrup and a pinch of salt to a milk frother.
STEP TWO
Using the frother’s cold froth setting, froth the mixture for 2 minutes until thick and creamy.
• You can also use a handheld milk frother or froth your milk by hand. Read our frothing guide here to learn what method is best for you.
STEP THREE
Pour 4 oz of Starbucks® Multi-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate into a glass over ice, combine with 4 oz of water and stir.
STEP FOUR
Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon honey syrup.
• If you like a sweeter coffee, feel free to add in an extra splash of honey syrup. If you prefer unsweetened cold brew, feel free to leave it out.
STEP FIVE
Pour or spoon the salted cream cold foam over top and enjoy!
Note: Using an alternative milk (nutmilk, oatmilk, coconutmilk, etc.) may work, so long as you use a brand that you know froths well (e.g., “barista blend” style milks).
