But instead of the egg cream’s milk and chocolate syrup, this cold brew tonic recipe features smooth, bold coffee and orange cardamom simple syrup. HOW TO MAKE

Cold Brew Orange Tonic

  • 01

    Pour 4 oz of Starbucks® Multi-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate into a glass over ice, combine with 4 oz of water and stir.

    Make the orange cardamom simple syrup by combining water, juice, sugar, cardamom and orange zest in a saucepan.

    Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar, then let cool.

    Strain out cardamom and orange zest.

    Fill a tall glass with ice.

  • 06

    Pour in simple syrup, then add cold brew and tonic water.

    Stir and garnish with an orange slice.

TIPS

To make cold brew for a crowd, multiply the portions based on how many guests you’re expecting and make your Cold Brew Concentrates ahead of time in a pitcher.
