What You'll Need

  • 2 shots of espresso

  • ½ tbsp. Starbucks® classic syrup or simple syrup

How To Make

    Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add espresso and syrup.

    Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a glass. Top with foam.

    Optional: Add sweet cream. To make sweet cream, combine 1 14- oz. can sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup half-and-half or whole milk in a medium saucepan.

    Over low heat, stir occasionally for 5-10 minutes until fully incorporated. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated. Good for up to 3 weeks.
