Spiced Eggnog Latte

A holiday classic, this time, with coffee

Skip the store-bought eggnog and grab a fresh egg for this handcrafted holiday cocktail. A little nutmeg, cinnamon and Allspice Dram liqueur deliciously complement our spicy Starbucks® Holiday Blend.


SERVES 1

What You'll Need

  • Ice

  • 3 ounces cream

  • 2 ounces cooled strong brewed or cold brewed coffee (such as Starbucks® Holiday Blend)

  • 1 ½ ounces bourbon

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg, plus more for garnish

  • Pinch ground cinnamon

  • Fresh whipped cream, for serving

  • Cinnamon stick

How To Make

  • In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine cream, coffee, bourbon, egg, sugar, Allspice Dram, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Shake vigorously for at least 1 minute then strain mixture into an Irish Coffee cup. Garnish with whipped cream, nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
