Java Horchata

Serving size: 8 Java Horchatas

What You'll Need

  • 4 cups prepared Starbucks® Cold Brew

  • 1 cup of rice

  • 8 cups of water

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 8 cups evaporated milk

  • 4 oz condensed milk

How To Make

    In a bowl, add 1 cup of rice to 6 cups of warm water and let sit for 2 hours.

    In a saucepan, heat the remaining 2 cups of water with 2 cinnamon sticks until cinnamon becomes soft.

    Stir rice mixture with the 2 cups of cinnamon mixture and blend on high in a blender until smooth.

    Stir in evaporated milk and condensed milk.

    Place 4 oz of mixture in a glass and stir with ice. Top each glass with 1/ 2 cup cold brew and enjoy chilled!
