ICED CARAMEL LATTE WITH VANILLA CREAM

This caramel-infused iced latte topped with a drizzle of rich vanilla cream is as simple to make as it is delicious. Here’s how to balance the flavours perfectly.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 8 oz. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla ½ tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp. caramel sauce
  • ½ tsp. brown sugar
  • ¼ cup or 2 shots espresso (try Starbucks® Espresso Roast)
  • ½ cup ice

How to Make

STEP ONE

Add heavy whipping cream, vanilla and granulated sugar to a medium-sized bowl.

STEP TWO

Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat until it achieves a thick and creamy consistency. Be careful not to overmix, or you’ll end up with whipped cream.

STEP THREE

Add caramel sauce, brown sugar and brewed espresso to a large glass.

STEP FOUR

Mix together until combined, then add ice.

STEP FIVE

Slowly top off with about ½ cup of the vanilla cream.
