Honeyed Coffee Granita

What You'll Need

  • 8 oz brewed Starbucks® Caffè Verona® Ground Coffee (we recommend using the co­ffee press method)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 oz water

How To Make

    In a small saucepan, combine the honey and water and bring to a boil. Allow to cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.

    Stir the honey syrup into freshly brewed co­ffee and pour the mixture into a loaf pan or flat dish. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.

    Scrape with a fork and serve immediately!
