How to Make

COLD BREW 3 WAYS PART 1 - COLD BREW LEMONADE

PREP TIME: 10 MINS

MAKES 2 SERVINGS

 

What You'll Need

8 oz of Starbucks® Multi-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate or 1 pod of Single-Serve Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate

4 oz sparkling water

4 oz homemade lemonade (recipe below) or store-bought lemonade
Lemon slice, for garnish

 

For Lemonade

¼ cup white sugar

2 cups still water

2 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice

 

How To Make Homemade Lemonade

1. Begin by making homemade lemonade. In a small pot, combine sugar and ¼ cup of water. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved into simple syrup. After about 5 minutes, remove from heat and let cool completely.
2. In a pitcher or large jar, add remaining water, the simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Store lemonade in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to 7 days.

 

How To Make Cold Brew Lemonade

1. For each serving, pour 8 oz of Starbucks® Multi-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate into a glass over ice, combine with 4 oz of sparkling water and stir. If using Starbucks® Single-Serve Cold Brew Concentrate, pour 1 pod into a glass over ice, combine with 8 oz of water and stir.
2. Pour 4 oz of lemonade in the glass of cold brew. Garnish with a lemon slice. Serve and enjoy!

COLD BREW 3 WAYS PART 2 - GRAPEFRUIT BASIL COLD BREW

PREP TIME: 15 MINS

MAKES 1 SERVING

 

What You'll Need

½ Tbsp Grapefruit Basil Simple Syrup (recipe below)

2 oz Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate                   

2 oz tonic water

Ice

 

Grapefruit Basil Syrup       

1 oz water

1 oz grapefruit juice

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup fresh basil leaves

Zest of 1 small grapefruit                                           

Grapefruit slices, for garnish                         

Basil, for garnish

 

How To Make

1. Begin by combining all grapefruit basil syrup ingredients in a small saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
2. Strain the syrup into an airtight container. If making ahead, you can keep the syrup refrigerated for up to 1 month.
3. Combine Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate and 1 Tbsp grapefruit basil simple syrup tonic water over ice and stir.
4. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and basil then enjoy!

COLD BREW 3 WAYS PART 3 - CHERRY COLD BREW

PREP TIME: 5 MINS

MAKES 2 SERVINGS

 

What You'll Need

4 oz Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate

2 Tbsp maraschino cherry juice

4 oz tonic water

Maraschino cherries, for garnish

 

How To Make

1. Stir together Starbucks® Cold Brew Concentrate, maraschino cherry juice and ice.
2. Top with tonic water and garnish with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
