WHAT YOU'LL NEED
ICED COFFEE SPHERE INGREDIENTS
- Water
- 6 Tbsp Starbucks® iced coffee
- 4 Tbsp half and half
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar cinnamon simple syrup
- Turbinado sugar
ICED COFFEE SPHERE TOOLS
- Sphere ice mold
- Metal straw or syringe with metal tip
BROWN SUGAR CINNAMON SYRUP INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- ½ cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 4 cinnamon sticks

How to Make Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup
STEP ONE
Combine brown sugar, white sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
STEP TWO
Reduce heat once sugar is melted.
STEP THREE
Add cinnamon sticks and simmer for 5 minutes.
STEP FOUR
Let cool. Syrup can be stored refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
How To Make Iced Coffee Sphere
STEP ONE
Fill ice sphere mold to fill line with water.
STEP TWO
Freeze for 2-3 hours (aiming for ¼-inch thick ice layer.)
STEP THREE
Remove sphere from mold. Empty spheres can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
STEP FOUR
Warm a metal straw with hot water and puncture the iced sphere.
STEP FIVE
Using the straw, fill empty ice sphere with cold brew.
STEP SIX
Place half and half in bottom of glass.
STEP SEVEN
Place filled ice sphere into glass.
STEP EIGHT
Drizzle with cinnamon simple syrup.
STEP NINE
Sprinkle lightly with turbinado sugar.
STEP TEN
Crack open ice sphere and enjoy.
